Testing Fixture Types
7075 Aluminum Construction
Testing fixtures made from 7075 Aluminum offer superior strength while maintaining manageable weight for ease of handling for employees. Applications that require a part to be bolted on and off multiple times threaded inserts can be used for attachment points to ensure threads remain undamaged for the life of the fixture.
Steel Construction
Bermont offers full steel constructed fixtures to withstand the harshest of conditions. These fixtures are fully constructed in house and can be CMM verified to as little as ±0.25mm.
Multi-Material Fixtures Body
Bermont offers multiple material test fixtures. These can be constructed from any number of mixed materials including UHMW or Nylon for harsh temperature enviroments.
